All salon services require an intake appointment because the client needs to be present when we receive and assess the piece. Maintenance, repairs, and alterations are generally drop-off services after that appointment. Turnaround depends on our schedule, the scope of work, and the client’s needs. Expedited work may be possible case by case.

Bring your favorite hair back into rotation. Includes gentle cleansing, conditioning, drying, and a finished style selected for your wig’s texture and condition. Designed for routine maintenance between wears, with careful attention to the cap, lace, and hair fibers.
Extra attention for a wig feeling dry, tangled, or less manageable. Includes cleansing, intensive conditioning, careful detangling, and a finished style to improve softness, movement, and shine. Treatment is tailored to the condition of the hair and construction of the piece.
A fresh finish for a clean, dry wig. Choose soft waves, polished curls, or a sleek look, with heat and styling techniques selected for the hair’s condition. Cleansing and significant detangling are booked separately.
Specialized cleansing, conditioning, and styling for synthetic hair. We work with your wig’s fiber type and original style to refresh its appearance and improve manageability, using heat only where the manufacturer permits.
A styling refresh for a clean synthetic wig, with shaping and finishing suited to its specific fibers. Heat-friendly pieces may offer additional styling options; traditional synthetic pieces are styled within their existing pattern.
Give your hair a softer landing. This smoothing silicone treatment improves the texture, feel, and movement of the hair, leaving it silky, more manageable, and beautifully fluid.
The silicone coating can limit the hair’s ability to accept color or chemical processing until it wears off—typically after approximately 5–6 washes, depending on the product and wash routine. Please discuss any upcoming color services with your stylist before adding this treatment.

Wig Alterations and Repair →Submitting a request form does not confirm an appointment. We confirm the service and time with you. Maintenance, alterations, and repairs require an intake appointment and are generally completed as drop-off work afterward. We assess your piece, discuss the scope and price, and provide an estimated pickup time. Turnaround varies with workload, condition, and complexity. Expedited work is subject to availability and a separately agreed fee. Please wait for our ready-for-pickup confirmation before traveling to the salon.
All listed prices are starting rates. Your final price depends on the length, density, condition, construction, and customization needs of your hair or piece. Any additional charges will be discussed before work begins.
Please bring wigs and toppers clean and detangled for cutting or alteration appointments unless a cleansing service is included in your booking. Pieces requiring additional cleansing, detangling, or corrective work will be assessed and quoted before proceeding.
Sword & Crown Salon reserves the right to decline service on any wig, topper, or hairpiece based on its quality, condition, construction, or suitability for the requested service. Our team will assess whether the piece can withstand the proposed work and whether we have the tools and expertise needed to achieve the desired result.
Any wig, topper, or hairpiece not purchased from Sword & Crown or its affiliated brands, Maven Mane Co. or Milk and Honey Co., is subject to a $75 outside-piece fee, in addition to applicable service charges.
A consultation is required before service is accepted on an outside piece. During this appointment, we will assess the hairpiece, discuss your goals, determine the work required, and confirm whether our team is equipped to carry out your requests. A consultation does not guarantee acceptance for service; any limitations and proposed charges will be discussed before work begins.
