Before you reserve.
Booking and consultation deposits
Your appointment is reserved for you. A $250 nonrefundable deposit secures a private 90-minute wig consultation and is credited toward a wig purchased during that consultation. The visit includes a fitting and face-framing cut or bangs for the wig purchased. More involved styling, coloring, fit changes, and structural customization cost extra and are discussed before work begins. If no wig is purchased during the consultation, the deposit is not refunded or carried forward as retail credit.
Wig consultation cancellations and rescheduling
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule. You may transfer your consultation deposit once to a new appointment when you provide that notice. The deposit remains nonrefundable if you cancel without rescheduling. A change made less than 48 hours before the appointment, a missed appointment, or a second reschedule forfeits the deposit; a new deposit is required to reserve another consultation. No additional no-show charge is added to the forfeited consultation deposit.
